To whom it may concern, I am about to move into my new home, built under contract with a national franchisee.

Part of the contract required Mark Pedder to paint, from start to finish, the whole of that new home (of over 35 squares). Whilst I have been frustrated and annoyed at some of the delays, inconveniences and over-run costs caused by some of the other trades associated with the construction of the new house, I am more than happy to attest to the integrity, honesty and professional expertise of Mark Pedder and his team of painters.

Of all the tradesmen involved with the project, Mark and his men arrived when they said they would, went about their tasks in a cheerful and professional manner, and offered sound advice as to colour co-ordination and paint finish. My wife and I are thrilled with the quality of the end result.

I have no hesitation in recommending Mark Pedder as a man of the highest personal standards, who went the extra mile to make sure this large painting job was done to the highest of professional standards. He has well and truly earned his (very reasonable) fee.
